Almost thriving above the city, the restaurant Victoria welcomes its guests on the sixth floor of the Taleon Imperial Hotel and offers superb Russian cuisine, prepared according to rare recipes from the time of the Czars. The restaurant is opened: everyday 12 p.m. – 11 p.m.

Breakfast: 7.30 a.m. – 11 a.m.

Business lunch: 12 p.m. – 4 p.m.
